Mercato : Ismaël Saibari s’engage avec le Bayern Munich
After a remarkable season with PSV Eindhoven, Ismaël Saibari is set to take the next step in his career. The Moroccan attacking midfielder is expected to join Bayern Munich this summer, according to several reports in the European press.
The Atlas Lion is coming off a particularly successful 2025-2026 season. In all competitions, he scored 19 goals and confirmed his importance to the Dutch team thanks to his technical qualities, creativity and efficiency in front of goal.
His performance against Brazil at the 2026 World Cup did not go unnoticed. Scoring in that match, Saibari once again demonstrated his talent on the international stage, further increasing his appeal to Europe's biggest clubs.
According to Sky Sports, Bayern Munich have reached an agreement to sign the Moroccan international. The 25-year-old is expected to sign a five-year contract with the German champions, who are looking to bolster their attacking options ahead of upcoming domestic and European competitions.
While the financial details of the deal have not yet been officially disclosed, the transfer fee could exceed €50 million. This sum reflects the spectacular rise of the player who came up through the Dutch youth system.
Currently with the Moroccan national team for the 2026 World Cup, Ismaël Saibari remains focused on the Atlas Lions' objectives. Morocco will soon face Scotland before taking on Haiti in the group stage.
