PASTEF : le mouvement ADN aussi se fond dans le parti de Ousmane Sonko
The PASTEF party continues its expansion. The political movement Alliance for Development/And Defar (ADN), led by Cheikh Thiaw, has decided to merge with the political party led by Ousmane Sonko.
The announcement was made through a press release from the PASTEF Ndoffane local branch, signed by its coordinator, Mamadou Ndao. According to the document, this decision follows Ousmane Sonko's call to expand the party's membership and open it up to new members.
The PASTEF Ndoffane coordination (Kaolack department) confirms that it was officially notified by the national leadership this Saturday, June 13, 2026, of this merger. It therefore deemed it necessary to inform all its members, supporters, and local leaders.
This integration of the ADN movement constitutes a new step in PASTEF's organizational strengthening strategy, which continues to attract formations and movements sharing its political vision.
The municipal coordination finally indicates that the arrangements relating to the continuation of the merger process will be communicated to the members in due course.
