Union africaine : le Ghana prend la présidence du Comité technique spécialisé sur les TIC
Ghana now assumes the chairmanship of the African Union's Specialized Technical Committee on Communication and Information and Communication Technologies (STC-CICT) for the next term.
The handover of duties took place in Libreville, at the opening of the sixth ministerial session of the committee.
On this occasion, the outgoing president, Nthati Moorosi, of Lesotho, handed over the instruments of office to Samuel Nartey George, Ghana's Minister of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation.
This transition is in line with the African Union's ongoing efforts to promote digital transformation, innovation and technological inclusion on the continent.
