Burkina Faso : plus de 141 millions de FCFA de produits frauduleux saisis
In Burkina Faso, the National Coordination for the Fight Against Fraud (CNLF) seized, between July 20 and August 5, 2026, fraudulent and prohibited products with an estimated value of 141.38 million FCFA.
The operations notably led to the dismantling of networks involved in the diversion of subsidized fuel, medical products and the trafficking of prohibited goods.
Among the seizures were 26,000 liters of subsidized diesel fuel. According to the coordinating body, these practices result in significant losses for the public treasury.
