Le président du Zimbabwe promulgue une réforme constitutionnelle prolongeant son mandat de deux ans
Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa signed into law on Tuesday a constitutional amendment extending his term by two years, until 2030, the government announced.
"Signed, sealed and promulgated - it is now the law," said Nick Mangwana, a senior official at the Ministry of Information, in a message relaying the legal act, which also abolishes direct presidential elections and has drawn sharp criticism from the opposition.
