While still in power, Patrice Talon was often seen dancing at cultural events and banquets at the presidential palace. He has clearly maintained his sense of rhythm, even after moving out of the Marina Palace. Indeed, the former Beninese president was spotted a few days ago at the French Institute in Cotonou, moving to the gospel version of the song "Pilé" by Congolese singer "Mauvais Djo." This was during a large show organized by the Fusion Studio dance school.
In a video published by the media outlet "Benin Bouge," Patrice Talon can be seen swaying to the rhythm of the music, mimicking the movement of a pestle being driven into a mortar. The former leader sported a broad smile, alongside his wife who was moving just as much as he was.
While he was still in power, Patrice Talon had repeatedly stated that he would indulge in leisure activities once his lease at the Marina Palace was over.
