Coach Omaïssa : les secrets d’une femme qui conjugue l’amour, le leadership et la sororité
Sitöé celebrates the journey of Coach Omaïssa. Her real name is Aïssatou Dia, she is a life coach, personal development coach, entrepreneur, TV presenter, founder of Omaïssa Trading and above all, initiator and creator of Tea Time and the Linguères Awards.
Trained by the African Union in Addis Ababa, Coach Omaïssa also uses her international expertise in leadership and girls' education to serve Senegalese women. With her heritage spanning Senegal and Mali, she embodies a pan-African female leadership that is both gentle and powerful.
As Sitöé's guest of honor, she spoke candidly about social issues that many keep quiet about.
Regarding polygamous marriage: balance is not a myth
Far from clichés and soap opera dramas, Coach Omaïssa spoke about polygamy with disarming wisdom. For her, a happy polygamous marriage rests on three pillars: emotional justice, clear rules, and self-esteem. According to her, it's not the number of wives that causes failure, but rather the man's lack of leadership and the lack of sisterhood among the women. "A woman who knows herself never feels in competition," she confided, herself living in a polygamous marriage.
Couple life
Coach believes that love is a discipline. According to her, a relationship isn't a fairy tale, but a business whose secret lies in communication, respect for individuality, and a shared vision. She reminds women that, in fact, love requires a plan.
Professional success: allowing yourself to shine
Through her platforms, particularly Facebook, Coach Omaïssa works daily to empower women. Her message is clear: financial independence is not an option, it's protection, freedom, and dignity. She therefore encourages women to educate themselves, formalize their skills, and dare to take risks. It is with this in mind that she is organizing the Linguères Awards for the fourth time.
A grand celebration of Senegalese and African women who are turning their dreams into reality. This new edition promises to be even more spectacular, featuring women entrepreneurs, artists, educators, scientists, activists... In short, inspiring women who are inspiring an entire generation will be honored.
