Mouhamed Thiam, son of the Minister of Culture, Alpha Thiam, has been remanded in custody for driving with a forged document and causing involuntary injury. According to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb, the young man was arrested by the Ngor Gendarmerie Post following a traffic accident. He was brought before the Dakar prosecutor's office on Friday. After his hearing with the public prosecutor, he was detained.
Mouhamed Thiam will be tried this Wednesday before the Dakar court for flagrant offenses.
