Actes contre nature : Surpris dans la chambre de deux garçons, il prend 5 ans ferme
S. Mb., aged 21, who was prosecuted for acts against nature and trespassing in Nganda, in the department of Kaffrine, was found guilty by the High Court of Kaffrine.
According to the court proceedings, the defendant is accused of breaking into the bedroom of two young boys in the middle of the night. One of them woke up suddenly and found him lying next to them.
When questioned about his presence in the room, S. Mb. reportedly apologized. After the second occupant of the room woke up, the defendant allegedly fled. The two young boys claim to have then noticed a liquid on the sheet.
The plaintiffs also stated that earlier, around 3 a.m., S. Mb. had broken into a house belonging to the Sy family. Surprised by the occupants, he allegedly fled, abandoning his shoes at the scene.
In his interrogation report, the accused did not deny the charges against him. According to the investigation file, he also reportedly told investigators that he had had a relationship with a foreigner in 2024 at a hostel in Kaffrine.
However, before the Kaffrine High Court, S. Mb. denied all the accusations against him. He maintained that he had signed the report without having read it.
At the end of the proceedings, the court found him guilty and sentenced him to five years in prison and a fine of one million CFA francs.
