Immobilier et transformation urbaine : Sablux, SUNU et Excellis Invest (Ex. Coris Invest) scellent une alliance panafricaine inédite
Three giants, one continent, one ambition: to revolutionize African real estate.
The historic agreement sealed in Cotonou creates a solid economic alliance and constitutes an unprecedented model of regional integration between groups originating in Senegal, Ivory Coast, and Burkina Faso, employing Africans of all backgrounds and operating throughout West and Central Africa. The Sablux Group, the SUNU Group, and Excellis Invest Group (formerly Coris Invest Group) bring together three essential levers for real estate development and urban renewal: real estate expertise, insurance and financial strength, and the capacity to structure large-scale projects financially.

The objective of this partnership is to fully utilize these levers in order to create an integrated ecosystem, capable of effectively addressing the deficit of more than 50 million homes in sub-Saharan Africa.

Sablux Benin strengthens West Africa's leading real estate platform
Founded in 2009, the Sablux Group has 99 marketed programs, 57 delivered projects, more than 6,500 housing units created and more than 6,700 direct and indirect jobs generated, in Senegal, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, making it the 1st real estate platform in West Africa.

The signing of this tripartite partnership for real estate development and urban renewal in Africa represents a powerful accelerator of these Groups' African growth. The subsidiary Sablux Benin, the first offshoot of this promising partnership, was officially established on the sidelines of the signing ceremony and launched its first project, allowing the Sablux Group to reach the symbolic milestone of 100 real estate projects launched in West Africa. This first project of the Beninese subsidiary, named SIKA, is a high-end mixed-use real estate complex, combining professional and residential spaces. This location choice reflects a strategic understanding of the Beninese market, renowned for the quality of its business environment and the clarity of its development vision.

Sablux, SUNU and Excellis Invest (formerly Coris Invest): together, to build our African pride!
The Sablux real estate platform has partnered with the SUNU Group, present in 17 sub-Saharan African countries, to secure, finance, and facilitate access to land and property ownership, and with Excellis Invest Group's strength in mobilizing resources for project implementation and supporting buyers. This reshapes the contours of a new African entrepreneurial model: integrated, robust, and focused on addressing real housing and urban development challenges in Africa. This tripartite agreement will benefit all future Sablux Group operations, regardless of the project or country, ensuring the long-term viability of this alliance. Cotonou was the starting point for this new pan-African alliance, which will soon expand to other African capitals.
