Etats-Unis : Un père abat mortellement ses deux jeunes fils en pleine rue
A father took the lives of his two young sons in broad daylight, then attempted suicide in Los Angeles, California.
The tragedy occurred on a street in Koreatown on October 12, leaving their family devastated with grief.
Adolfo Gramajo, 35, the alleged perpetrator and their father, has been taken into custody, the Los Angeles Police Department told the California Post. His bail was set at $4 million.
Reports from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner identified the children as 11-year-old Osmani Gramajo Bonilla and 4-year-old Jimmy Gramajo Bonilla. Osmani's cause of death was recorded as a "gunshot wound to the head," while Jimmy's was recorded as a "close-range gunshot wound to the head."
The LAPD reported that officers responded to a shooting in Pico-Union shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday. Upon arrival, they found two boys and their father critically wounded. The children were transported to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead, police said. According to FOX 11 Los Angeles, family members stated that Gramajo had spent time with the boys during a custody visit and had told their mother he planned to take them out to dinner. Investigators have not yet revealed a possible motive or the circumstances leading up to the shooting.
