Nana Yaw, a young gay Ghanaian man living in Italy, recently told the popular blogger ZionFélix that he plans to renounce homosexuality in order to start a heterosexual family. "I want to stop now. I'm 34 years old and I want to be in a relationship with a woman, start a family, and have children," said the young influencer, who lives with his Italian partner.

"If I don't stay to inherit the house, I'll feel like I've wasted my time."

He says he has already informed the Italian of his intention to break up, but he has not formally responded.

Nana Yaw admits that separating from the Italian is not an easy decision, because he has been very supportive of her since she arrived in Italy.

When ZionFélix asks him if things don't seem complicated because of his partner's advanced age (over 60) and his desire to inherit his property, he answers in the affirmative.

“I have lived with him all these years and now that he is getting older, if I do not stay to inherit the house, I will feel like I have wasted my time. So I have decided to stay with him until I receive the assets,” said Nana Yaw, according to Ghanaweb.
