Horror in Rome: a woman abducted and raped for several days by five men

A 32-year-old woman endured a horrific ordeal in Rome. She was kidnapped, drugged, and held captive for three days in an abandoned building, where she was repeatedly gang-raped. She finally managed to escape into the street, half-naked.

The woman, originally from Colombia, was approached on May 19th in front of a restaurant by a man who offered her hashish. She had already been in the city for about ten days. The man convinced her to follow him to a van to complete the transaction. She was then forced into the vehicle. That's when the nightmare began.

The van took her to an abandoned squat on Via Cesare Tallone, in the suburbs of Rome. She was held there under threat.

Raped for 36 hours

According to the police, the woman was drugged. In this state, she was sexually abused repeatedly by five men, who took turns over 36 hours.

It was only on the third day that this ordeal ended. During another attack, the victim managed to escape. She ran into the street, half-naked, and begged a passerby for help, who immediately alerted the emergency services.

The woman was taken to the hospital in a state of shock. There, doctors found signs of abuse. “There are clear signs of violence indicating coercion and the use of narcotics,” police said.

Police raid

Following the filing of a complaint and based on the woman's statements, the police launched a large-scale operation. A police unit raided the squat. Five suspected perpetrators were arrested. Eleven other occupants of the building will be deported.

It is not mentioned that they are migrants BUT it is understood at the END when it is said that the perpetrators are expelled.
