Affaire des présumés homosexuels : pourquoi le juge retarde l’audition de Pape Cheikh Diallo et...
The investigating judge at the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court is continuing his investigation into the case of the alleged homosexuals. He is currently conducting regular hearings of the numerous people arrested in this case, reports Les Échos in its Tuesday, June 9th edition.
However, the newspaper points out that among the first people arrested and charged, radio host Pape Cheikh Diallo has still not been questioned on the merits of the case. According to the same source, the investigating magistrate is currently focusing on the other individuals involved and is "trying to determine their relationship" with the TFM host, as well as with Djiby Dramé and Mouhamed Dieng. These latter individuals have also not yet been questioned on the merits of the case.
While around a hundred people have been arrested in this case, everything suggests that if the judge plans to hear Pape Cheikh Diallo and Djiby Dramé last, their substantive hearings "are not for tomorrow".
