Affaire Ndiaga Seck : Six de ses présumés amants écroués, un gendarme cité sur procès-verbal
The Linguère urban police station presented six alleged associates of Ndiaga Seck to the investigating judge at the Louga High Court on Monday. They are: doctor Ibrahima Dièye, 34; bankers Ahmadou Assitan Thioune, 32, El Hadji Malick Guèye, 37, and Abdoulaye Ndiaye, 33; Modou Sylla, 35; and tailor Cheikh Niass, 39.
They were all charged and then remanded in custody by the investigating magistrate, joining politician Ndiaga Seck in Louga prison.
According to exclusive information obtained by Seneweb, tailor Cheikh Niass confessed in a sworn statement to having had sexual relations with gendarme B. Diallo, and with Makhou and Fallou, both emigrants living in the United States. He also named two other partners, who have since died.
Recounting his sexual relationship with Ndiaga Seck, the tailor stated that he was both the active and passive partner. He also claimed to be unaware of the exact circumstances of his HIV infection, according to his statements recorded in the official report.
Of the six people involved, four are HIV/AIDS positive, according to the results of serological tests.
All these suspects were arrested in Dakar by the Special Cybersecurity Division, before being transferred to the urban police station in Linguère.
In total, 32 individuals were arrested and imprisoned as part of the dismantling of a vast network of suspected homosexuals by the Linguère police.
