Affaire Pape Cheikh Diallo : Ibrahima Magib Seck déjà entendu par le juge d'instruction
The investigating judge of the first chamber at the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court will probably soon conclude the hearings of the hundred suspects arrested by the BR of the Keur Massar gendarmerie company in the Pape Cheikh Diallo case.
Considered one of the suspected homosexuals with the most sexual partners, Ibrahima Magib Seck has already been released from prison. Detained for approximately four months, this businessman, arrested by the Saly Criminal Investigation Brigade, was questioned on the substance of the case by the senior judge at the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court, according to Seneweb sources.
But according to our sources, Pape Cheikh Diallo's hearing is not yet on the agenda. Since being remanded in custody, he has not yet been questioned by the investigating magistrate, despite being brought to court yesterday.
As a reminder, Ibrahima Magib Seck was imprisoned for criminal association, voluntary transmission of HIV/AIDS, among other charges.
