But one of those who have failed to declare their assets stands out: Amadou Mbaye Guissé, the State's legal representative.
As the State's representative before the courts, the AJE plays a crucial role in defending budgetary, financial, and asset interests. Its highly sensitive position exposes it to delicate negotiations, confidential information, and significant debt recovery.
For transparency and trust, his asset declaration is essential. Yet, according to the OFNAC document, Amadou Mbaye Guissé is slow to comply. He is among those failing to do so within the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Planning.
