Ousseynou Ndiaye, also known as Lirou Diane, is free. According to Seneweb, the judge of the first chamber of the Pikine-Guédiawaye court granted him provisional release under judicial supervision. He is charged with defamation and public indecency.
Following a complaint filed by a certain Dr. Jules, Lirou Diane was arrested by members of the Special Cyber Security Division (DSC).
