Enquêtes parlementaires : Moundiaye Cissé réclame la lumière sur l’ASER et l’ONAS
Moundiaye Cissé, from the NGO 3D, welcomes initiatives aimed at establishing parliamentary commissions of inquiry into the management of public affairs. However, he calls for avoiding any "selective investigations."
For him, these investigations must neither target only political opponents nor give the impression of a justice system with double standards. In line with this, he requests that the scope of the investigations be broadened to include two cases that have sparked intense controversy: ASER and ONAS.
The objective, according to Moundiaye Cissé, is to guarantee a credible and fair approach: "If we want to shed full light on the matter, we must do so on all controversial cases, without distinction."
This requirement raises a central question: can parliamentary inquiry commissions become a genuine tool for accountability, provided they are applied to all sensitive cases?
