Imprisoned for nearly four months for criminal association, unnatural acts, voluntary transmission of HIV and other charges, singer Djiby Dramé was taken from his cell on Monday, June 22, 2026 to be brought to the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court.

According to exclusive information from Seneweb, the artist has already been questioned on the substance of the case by the investigating judge of the 1st chamber. His hearing is over.

As a reminder, Djiby Dramé was arrested by the Keur Massar Criminal Investigation Brigade (BR) along with eleven other suspected homosexuals. After their arraignment, Prosecutor Saliou Dicko, head of the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor's office, requested the opening of a judicial inquiry. The case was assigned to the senior investigating judge, who then sent a judicial delegation to the Keur Massar BR to continue the investigation. To date, one hundred suspects have been arrested.
