Court staff affected by the reclassification to category A will be able to submit their applications starting Thursday, November 5, 2026, to the Ministry of Public Service, Labor, and Public Service Reform. This announcement is part of the memorandum of understanding signed on August 7, 2025 between the government, the Union of Justice Workers (SYTJUST) and the National Union of Justice Workers (UNTJ).
