« Je n’ai aucun doute » : le patron d’AEE Power prêt pour la suite judiciaire
In the columns of Walf Quotidien, the chairman of the board of directors of AEE Power EPC, José Ángel González Tausz, looks back on the end of his collaboration with businessman Seydou Kane, who had been introduced to him by the Senegalese embassy in Spain and had facilitated the creation of the local subsidiary AEE Power Senegal.
According to the CEO, his Board of Directors and legal counsel decided to "terminate the contract with Seydou Kane" and "take legal action" after discovering, through internal control mechanisms and an audit with the Senegalese tax authorities, "a significant falsification of the tax receipt." He mentions an amount between 2 and 3 million euros, or approximately 1.3 to 2 billion CFA francs. Faced with what he describes as an "attempted fraud" by someone who has "betrayed [their] partnership," the Spanish group ended its contractual relationship with AEE Power Senegal in June 2024.
On the legal front, AEE Power EPC subsequently filed a complaint on August 30, 2024, against AEE Power Senegal for "attempted fraud, forgery, and use of forged documents," among other grievances. This complaint is mentioned in a summary judgment issued on November 21, 2024. The dispute also spilled over into the administrative arena, with AEE Power Senegal appealing to ARCOP to contest the termination of its contract.
When questioned about these procedures, José Ángel González Tausz displayed complete composure and asserted that he had "no doubt" about the decisions to come. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of AEE Power EPC also reaffirmed his willingness to cooperate with the Senegalese judicial authorities: "My entire team and I are at the disposal of the justice system to provide any information it may request," he emphasized. He thus affirmed his intention to make available to investigators all the information the group possesses to contribute to establishing the facts.

Pourtant to parle comme si c’était ton projet alors que le seul mérite que tu as ici c’est d’être utiliser pour le financement espagnol. Et la tu parles avec autant de désinvolture comme un pure pastefien.
Tout le monde sait que ce projet est un projet de Serdoh kane. Donc il va t’escroquer sur quoi? Oui tu t’es ligue avec les pastefiens , tu leur a donner de l’argent pour remplacer ce sénégalais.
