Pool judiciaire financier: Le verdict est tombé pour la directrice commerciale d’ ADDHOA
The Judgment Chamber of the Financial Judicial Pool delivered its verdict on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in the case opposing the real estate company ADDHOA to its former commercial director, Fatima Marianne Fall.
Prosecuted for fraud, forgery and breach of trust, the defendant was ultimately found guilty of forgery of private and commercial documents as well as breach of trust.
In its deliberations, the court, ruling publicly, in adversarial proceedings against Moureynou Habib, Papa Sidy Dabo, Amadou Diagne and Fatima Marianne Fall, and in default against Marc Fall, Jean-Pascal Demba Diop, Ndeye Fatou Diagne Gaye and Christophe Georges Jean, ordered the consolidation of the proceedings and declared the public action admissible.
On the merits, the judges acquitted Fatima M. Fall of fraud. However, they found her guilty of forgery of private and commercial documents and breach of trust. She was sentenced to six months' imprisonment and a fine of 50,000 FCFA.
The court also accepted ADDHOA's civil claim and awarded it 30 million FCFA in damages. Fatima Fall was ordered to pay this sum to the company.
The civil interests of the aforementioned Marc Fall, Ndeye Fatou Diagne Gaye, Papa Sidy Dabo, Amadou Diagne, Kédidiatou acting on behalf of her son, as well as those of the other clients, have been reserved.
The chamber also ordered the provisional enforcement of the decision, condemned the defendant to pay costs and set the maximum term of imprisonment for debt.
This case broke last March. On March 18, 2026, the Dakar Research Brigade arrested Fatima Marianne Fall, then commercial director of the real estate company ADDHOA, as part of an investigation into alleged breach of trust, fraud, forgery and use of forged documents.
The investigation was launched following two separate complaints. The first was filed on March 17 by Makhfou Ba, a freight forwarder. The second was filed the very next day by the company ADDHOA, through its regional director, Seghrouchni Adil.
The damage, initially estimated at nearly 299 million FCFA, had increased following other complaints for the same events.

Le juge a accordé 30 millions FCFA à la société ADDHOA.
Où sont les 269 millions FCFA restant ?
Finalement, est ce que la société ADDOHA va livrer aux plaignants des appartements ou maisons ? C'est le plus important.
