Rox La Chancelière, Jessica et Narou Karma : Les coulisses de la chute des stars de TikTok
It's a seemingly ordinary story of a WhatsApp group savings scheme that ended up in court. Obscene insults, sextortion, hacking, and the exposure of photos of underage children: the Special Cybercrime Division (DSC) put an end to the public airing of grievances between Rokhaya Fall, known as Rox La Chancelière, Khadidiatou Kébé, alias Jessy-cas-4ever, and Nafissatou Fall, known as Narou Karma. Seneweb revisits this case where the online hate clashed with the harsh reality behind bars.
The atmosphere was icy last Monday at the DSC headquarters. Far removed from TikTok's beautifying filters, flawless makeup, and tens of thousands of ecstatic followers glued to their screens, three well-known figures in the Senegalese TikTok scene came face to face. This time, they were escorted by investigators. They were Rokhaya Fall, 40, known as Rox, a nursing assistant living in Germany; Khadidiatou Kébé, 45, alias Jessy_cas, a network marketing manager residing in Italy; and Nafissatou Fall, 35, known as Narou, a shopkeeper living in Ouest-Foire. The incriminating videos date back to 2023 and 2024.
To understand the explosion of verbal violence that has plagued social media in recent months, we must trace the origins of a closed WhatsApp group. Initially created by Jessica to organize fundraising and mutual aid among members of the diaspora, the group shifted during a tontine (a type of savings club) organized for the benefit of a third party, a man named Babacar "Keundeung." A disagreement over the management of the funds and the allocation of contributions created the first rift between Jessica and Rox. Very quickly, the virtual friendships crumbled. Private disputes spilled into the public sphere. The theater of operations then migrated to TikTok, where confrontations via live streams became a daily occurrence, attracting thousands of viewers eager for a good airing of grievances.
Nafissatou Fall, also known as Narou Karma, once an ally and close confidante of Rox the Chancellor, has fallen out with her. The former duo has become sworn enemies. Narou then joins Jessica's camp, forming a united front against Rox the Chancellor.
Blackmail , targeted children, and fake profiles
As the weeks went by, the conflict crossed every line. The war of words gave way to attacks of unprecedented violence, directly targeting the families and minor children of those involved. In his complaint filed with the DSC (Directorate of Criminal Investigations), Ibrahima Sarr, Jessica's husband, remains furious. He accuses Rox of orchestrating a smear campaign against his two-year-old daughter. According to his statements, anonymous accounts using the pseudonyms "Vonjoloff," "Amdy Moustapha Dieng," and "Le Juge du Désert" (The Desert Judge) disseminated photos of the little girl, claiming she had HIV/AIDS. Ibrahima Sarr further alleges that Rox took one of his videos, which he had forwarded to someone named "Vonjoloff," who resides in Germany. He goes on to claim that Vonjoloff waged a campaign of defamation and insults for several days, portraying him as a drug dealer and an alcoholic. In addition, another individual named "Serigne Bada" also joined this campaign, leading the complainant to believe that Rox was behind these actions.
The same escalation is seen on the side of Fatima Sall, Jessica's eldest daughter, aged 22, whose photo, in July 2024, was displayed during late-night live streams and associated with accusations of immorality.
Rox is also accused of having exhumed the private life of Alex Thiam, who resides in France, and of having accused him of an infidelity relationship with his rival.
Faced with these attacks, the response was swift. Rox, in turn, denounced the repeated insults from Narou Karma and Jessica, who allegedly targeted her own children, who remained in Germany, as well as her husband. Humiliating caricatures, outrageous photo montages, and death threats followed one another with each evening's online activity. The TikTok platform became a veritable battleground.
Inundated with a barrage of cross-complaints, DSC investigators launched the technical phase of the investigation. Through IP address analysis, telephone data extraction, and tracing of the implicated TikTok accounts, the police were able to pinpoint the ecosystem of the conflict. The investigation revealed the involvement of several secondary accounts and opinion leaders on social media, including Amdy Moustapha Dieng (“Vonjoloff”), suspected of having acted as a digital mercenary, disseminating private photos and torrents of insults in exchange for payment or incitement.
Taking advantage of Rokhaya Fall and Khadidiatou Kébé's stay in Dakar, where they had come from Europe to settle personal matters and file complaints, the DSC (Directorate of Civil Security) made a major move. On September 1, 2026, the three main protagonists were notified of their detention.
Adja Mass Gueye, also known as Adji Mass, a shopkeeper residing in Yoff, has joined the list of plaintiffs. She accuses Rox of targeting her on social media with public insults and repeated harassment.
Narou Karma's husband, Lamine Kébé, also found himself at the center of the online backlash. His image was manipulated to destabilize his wife.
Confrontation , tears, forgiveness…
The day after they were taken into custody, a crucial confrontation was held in the office of police officer Momar Dimé. Faced with the unveiling of their own transcripts of audio and video recordings seized during the investigation, the tension gave way to distress.
Overcome with remorse at the gravity of their actions and the imminent threat of arrest, Rokhaya Fall, Khadidiatou Kébé, and Nafissatou Fall burst into tears. Under the mediation of their respective lawyers—Arona Basse, Takha Cissé, and Aliou Sawaré for Rox, and Alphonse Faye for Jessica—the three women eventually apologized to one another.
The respective complaints have been formally withdrawn. However, while civil pardon has been granted, the public prosecution remains underway. Since offenses related to cybercrime and public disorder do not automatically cease simply by withdrawing a complaint, the complete case file was forwarded to the Public Prosecutor at the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court, Saliou Dicko, on September 3, 2026.
They were all arrested on the same day to be tried this Wednesday before the court for flagrant offenses.
