Pikine-Guédiawaye Court: Day of reckoning for Rox, Narou, Jessica and Ramz Yago

The case of the TikTokers is currently before the Pikine-Guédiawaye Magistrates' Court. Rox la Chancelière, Narou Karma, Jessica, and Ramz Yago are the subjects of three separate proceedings, which have been consolidated by the court. After reviewing their lawyers' briefs, the case was adjourned. It is expected to be recalled shortly for pleadings.

Placed in pretrial detention on September 3rd, Rokhaya Fall, also known as Rox la Chancelière, Nafissatou Fall, also known as Narou Karma, and Khadidiatou Kébé, also known as Jessica, are being prosecuted in a first proceeding for criminal conspiracy, public insults, distribution of images contrary to public morals, insulting a public official, death threats, defamation, and racial slurs. The plaintiffs in this case are Ibrahima Sarr, Adji Mass Guèye, and Fatima Guèye.

A second procedure targets Rox and Ramatoulaye Diaw alias Ramz Yago, who were placed under arrest warrant on September 9, 2026. They are being prosecuted for criminal association, unlawful disclosure of personal data, distribution of images contrary to public morals, invasion of privacy and public insults committed through a computer system.

A third case concerns Khadidiatou Kébé, also known as Jessica, who was also remanded in custody on September 9. She is being prosecuted for conspiracy, illegal disclosure of personal data, distribution of indecent images, invasion of privacy, and public insults. The complaint was filed by Saly Manga, represented by Diodio Sow.

This morning, the court consolidated the three cases. When the case was called, several lawyers appeared to represent the defendants. These included Alphonse Faye, Arona Bass, Takha Cissé, Aboubacry Barro, El Hadji Diouf, and Malick Mbengue, among others.

After noting the defense's arguments, the judge decided to set the case aside pending the arrival of the other counsel.
