Nécrologie : Décès de Souleymane Kanté, ancien collaborateur de Senghor à l'âge de 110 ans

Just a few months ago, Souleymane Kanté was honored by the mayor of Thiès, Dr. Babacar Diop, who, through a medal presentation ceremony, wanted to pay tribute to a "true living memory of the railway city."
From the railway workers' strike during the time of Senghor, through his meeting with De Gaulle, Souleymane Kanté, who carried within him more than a century of history, was a living memory and a respected figure of Thiès.
