The mayor of Mbour, former director general of the Municipal Development Agency (ADM) and of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC), Cheikh Issa Sall, expressed his deep gratitude to the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, for the renewed confidence in him.

His thanks follow his appointment as Director General of the Agency for the Construction of Public Buildings and Structures (ACBEP). This new challenge is one that the mayor of Mbour intends to approach with commitment, rigor, and public service.

In a message filled with gratitude, the new head of ACBEP indicated that this appointment is both an honor and a responsibility. He pledged to carry out his new duties with "humility, loyalty, responsibility, and determination."

“This mark of confidence deeply honors me and further commits me to serving our country with humility, loyalty, responsibility and determination. I also extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Ahmadou Al Aminou Mohamed Lo, Prime Minister of Senegal,” said Mr. Sall.

At the helm of ACBEP, Cheikh Issa Sall will be responsible for contributing to the development of public infrastructure that meets the needs of the population and the country's transformation priorities. Aware of the strategic importance of this mission, he intends to mobilize the agency's teams around a commitment to efficiency and quality.

“I fully appreciate the importance of the mission entrusted to me. With all the teams at ACBEP, I commit to working rigorously and efficiently to deliver public infrastructure that meets the needs of the people and the ambitions of the National Transformation Agenda Senegal 2050,” he assured.

Diomaye nomme directeur, Cheikh Issa Sall, maire de Mbour et ex directeur de la CDC qui avait rejeté le chèque de la caution de Diomaye, payé par Pastef et déposé par Ayib Daffé.
Pour me faire accepter que Diomaye agit aujourd'hui librement, avec toutes ses pleines facultés, il va falloir se lever très tôt.

Il ya des hommes politiques sur terre qui ne sont pas dignes. Ancien de l'APR, ancien... magistrat, on l'oublie qui revient ramper sous les pieds de Diomaye qu'ils avaient lâchement emprisonné avec une légèreté criminelle.

D'après diomaye t'es un "hors la loi" je me demande comment un président peut nommer un hors la loi en connaissance de cause

vraiment je ne comprend plus Diomaye. je ne suis pas de pastef mais c'est là un exemple concret du retour vers les pratiques de partisanerie.
Tu transhumes et je te nomme avec en plus tout ce que vous aviez décrié sur les acteurs du régime passé dont ce gars y compris.

bref moi de toute façon je n'attend plus rien de ce régime. Tok di khol liguey sa ma liguey.
