Amnesty International: Papa Diène Diop elected member of the International Executive Board

The president of Amnesty International Senegal, Papa Diène Diop, has been elected to Amnesty International's International Executive Board (IEB). This election marks a new stage in his activism and recognizes his commitment to defending and promoting human rights. With this election, Papa Diène Diop becomes the fourth member of Amnesty International Senegal to join the International Executive Board. He joins Bacre Waly Ndiaye, Mariame Lam, and Professor Louis Mendy, who preceded him in this important role within the international human rights organization.
