Combating illicit enrichment is a complex task, and sometimes certain state officials make it difficult for OFNAC (the National Anti-Corruption Office). This is evidenced by the long list of those subject to the law who have not yet filed their declarations.
But alongside these, there are some exemplary performers. The list published by the OFNAC reveals several sectors with a 100% asset declaration rate. This is the case for the government, where all ministers have complied with this transparency requirement.
The same applies to the Constitutional Council and the Supreme Court. In both of these jurisdictions, no judge has delayed filing their asset declaration. These are the only three sectors where there are no defaulters.
