Déclaration de patrimoine : L’OFNAC publie le registre officiel des assujettis et pointe les défaillants
As part of efforts to strengthen transparency and good governance within the public administration, the National Anti-Corruption Office (OFNAC) has taken another essential step. The oversight body has launched the public register mandated by Law No. 2025-13, listing all authorities and officials subject to the asset declaration requirement.
Only the official list published by OFNAC is authoritative and binding on the institution. This new tool allows the general public and observers to monitor the situation of senior civil servants and political leaders in real time, clearly distinguishing those who have fulfilled their legal obligations from those listed as non-compliant.
The scope defined by OFNAC encompasses the entirety of the state's top brass and decentralized structures. The Presidency of the Republic, the National Assembly, the Constitutional Council, the Supreme Court, the Prime Minister's Office, and the entire Government are thus subject to monitoring.
The transparency requirement also applies to all ministerial departments, from the Armed Forces, Economy, Justice, and Interior, to sectoral ministries managing strategic resources such as Energy, Mines, Agriculture, and Health. The list also includes the heads of local authorities and the Special Accounting Officers (ACP), key players in the public funds chain.
In addition to monitoring assets, OFNAC emphasizes the central role of citizens in detecting irregular or fraudulent practices. The investigative body has a Department of Investigations, Complaints, and Reports responsible for receiving complaints, conducting investigations, and forwarding substantiated cases to the judicial authorities.
To facilitate the process, an online reporting platform is available, supplemented by a freephone number (800 000 900). Citizens can choose to act anonymously or identify themselves to track the progress of their case, with OFNAC guaranteeing the full protection of the data processed.
Created in its strengthened form as an independent administrative authority with functional and financial autonomy, OFNAC intends to make this register a deterrent and a fundamental pillar of its strategic orientation towards public integrity.

On a dit "démocratie", alors allons y !!!
