The president of the Alternative for Citizen Succession (ARC) party, Anta Babacar Ngom Diack, is participating in the first class of the African Academy of Women in Political Leadership, whose work began on August 3 in Kigali, Rwanda.

For the ARC, this participation constitutes a platform for exchanges of excellence dedicated to strengthening the capacities of women in politics. It also offers opportunities for sharing experiences and learning "in service of African women's leadership".

In Kigali, the MP intends to represent Senegal within this continental initiative, while continuing her advocacy for women aspiring to play a leading role in the political and civic transformation of our societies.

The ARC's communications unit finally welcomed this recognition, which "honors Senegal," while reaffirming its commitment to initiatives aimed at breaking the glass ceiling for equal and qualitative political participation of women in Africa.
