Pastef : Diamé Signaté, le DG de l’Agence de développement local rejoint Kiiray
Diamé Signaté, director general of the Local Development Agency (ADL), has decided to join Kiiray, Les Patriotes républicains. He made the official announcement this Saturday.
In a statement, he explains that faced with the challenges confronting the nation, "pooling skills, mobilizing energies, and engaging all those of goodwill" are essential. In this context, he believes, remaining aloof is no longer an option.
“When duty calls, one must be ready to answer the call. It is in this spirit, after careful consideration, that I have decided to officially join forces with KIIRAY, The Republican Patriots, whose vision and ambition for Senegal I share,” he announced.
The Director General of the ADL clarifies that this decision is "neither circumstantial nor guided by personal considerations." For him, serving one's country is not limited to holding a position.
"It also means accepting responsibility when the general interest, national cohesion and the future of our territories demand it," he says.
Diamé Signaté also reflected on his time within Pastef, praising the experience and lessons learned. He expressed his gratitude to his former colleagues for the time they shared. "I retain the respect due to Mr. Ousmane Sonko, stemming from our political partnership and personal relationship," he stated.
The official clarifies, however, that his commitment to Kiiray marks a new stage in his political career, without constituting a renunciation of his previous commitment.
In his statement, Diamé Signaté also highlights his professional experience in the field of local development. This experience, he says, has allowed him to work closely with local authorities, communities, and various stakeholders who work daily to improve the living conditions of the population.
"This experience has taught me that no lasting national transformation can be built without starting from the realities experienced by the people," he emphasizes.
According to him, Senegal will not be able to fully realize its ambitions without strong territories, more empowered local authorities, effective local governance and citizens fully involved in the conduct of public policies.
By joining Kiiray, Diamé Signaté says she wants to put her experience, skills, and commitment at the service of a collective dynamic. This dynamic will notably be based on strengthening democracy and local governance, as well as promoting balanced, inclusive, and sustainable territorial development.

Je veux juste rappeler deux choses à la secte APR et aux tous nouveaux idiots de Diomaye.
- Le niveau de débauchage de transhumants à coups de mallettes d'argent que Macky Sall avait atteint, Diomaye en est très loin. Et pourtant cela n'a pas źviter à Macky d'échouer lamentablement jusqu'à ne plus pouvoir le cacher avec son armée médiatique. C'est dire que Diomaye a encore beaucoup, beaucoup d'efforts à faire... pour échouer. Macky Sall a même débauché le délégué d'un parti d'opposition qui a fui avec les listes de son parti. Un banditisme inhumain, par des mallettes d'argent.
- Et ensuite, aucun sénégalais (musulman ou chrétien), aucun africain, ne doit souhaiter, ou aider à, la réussite de Diomaye Faye. Un Diomaye qui réussit serait le succès d'une contre valeur. Un Diomaye qui réussit laisserait croire à nos enfants que nos éducations religieuses et traditionnelles qui disaient que la trahison ne paye jamais ne disent pas vraies. Diomaye, nous devons tous nous battre pour son échec, pour sauver nos valeurs ancestrales.
Un musulman qui en arrive à prier pour que le mensonge triomphe, à prier pour qu'un traître gagne sur celui qu'il a trahi, wallahi ce musulman là a subi une corruption radicale du cœur. Et quand il pense qu'il y a quand même des exceptions où cela peut se faire, il a encore le cœur plus corrompu.
