Touba : Mafary Ndiaye rejoint le président Diomaye après avoir lâché Déthié Fall
Mafary Ndiaye, a municipal councilor in Touba and a departmental councilor in Mbacké, has officially joined the Kiiraay-Les Patriotes Républicains party of President Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye. This follows his resignation from the Republican Party for Progress (PRP), led by Déthié Fall.
In a statement, the former member of the High Council of Territorial Authorities (HCCT) explained that he had taken the time to reflect on his position following several consultations. Mafary Ndiaye affirmed that he remained true to his convictions and to the vision championed by the Head of State, specifying that his discussions with the Director General of SAR, Abibou Diop, informed this new stage of his political thinking.
"As a political leader in Touba, I have decided to officially join the Kiiraay-The Republican Patriots party, with the firm intention of contributing, alongside my comrades, to the building of a better Senegal," he said.
