Tournée politique dans le Djolof : Idrissa Samb inspecte le pont de Thylla et soutient les sinistrés à Linguère
As part of his political tour of Djolof, the Minister of Employment, Vocational and Technical Training, Mr. Idrissa Samb, visited the village of Thylla to inspect the rehabilitation of the local bridge, entirely funded by the municipality. With this significant action, the Minister is responding to a long-standing grievance of the residents who, for more than five years, had been completely isolated from the rest of the region.
During the rainy season, the bridge was completely submerged, plunging the village into near-total isolation. It was therefore with immense relief and deep gratitude that the population welcomed this vital infrastructure.
In the aftermath, the minister stopped in the religious village of Nguith, birthplace of the revered Mame Asta Diankha, mother of Sheikh Al Islam El Hadji Ibrahima Niasse, to perform a fervent ziara.
He then headed to Linguère to offer his warm and supportive assistance to the flood victims, prisoners and some impoverished families.
