In a message imbued with dignity and gratitude, the former Director General thanked the authorities who had entrusted him with this responsibility, while affirming that he was leaving with "a clear conscience."
The social work advisor first expressed his gratitude to the President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, as well as to former Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko, for the trust placed in him during his appointment.

According to him, this responsibility has demonstrated the social workers' ability to lead this institution with competence, commitment and dignity.
The former director general also paid tribute to his colleagues, partners in the social sector, and PASTEF leaders, activists, and supporters in the Fatick department, with special mention of those in his home commune of Mbellacadiao. He also thanked his family and friends for their support throughout his tenure.
Despite his departure, Boucar Diouf assures that his commitment remains intact. "Service to the nation never ends. Positions change, but commitment remains," he declared, before concluding his message with a prayer for Senegal.
