Unnatural acts in Thiès: Four suspected homosexuals, three of whom are HIV-positive, brought before the prosecutor

There's a new development in the case of the dismantling of a network of suspected homosexuals by the Nguinth police station. According to Seneweb sources, three of the four individuals arrested are HIV-positive, based on medical results provided to investigators. Anal lesions were also discovered in these suspected homosexuals through endoscopy. Police have also identified other partners of these suspects.

At the conclusion of the investigation, the four suspects were brought before the public prosecutor at the Thiès High Court yesterday, Thursday. However, they were remanded in custody the same day. Barring any changes, they will spend their first night in prison this Friday.

Let us recall that on October 17, 2026, members of the research brigade of the Nguinth police station arrested four individuals for unnatural acts with a person of the same sex: K. Diallo, a tiler residing in the Senghor district; MS Diallo, a health worker residing in the Workers' district; EHL Fall, a trader residing in Parcelles-Assainies and A. K. Thiam , a building electrician residing in Parcelles-Assainies.

It all started with a tip-off that young men were engaging in unnatural acts through a gay dating app. An undercover agent then arranged a meeting with K. Diallo for non-commercial sex. Once apprehended, Diallo stated that he receives male partners at his home and engages in masturbation and sexual touching with them. He emphasized that he had only had one sexual encounter with a man.

Further investigations led to the arrest of MS Diallo, AK Thiam and EHL Fall, who also stated that they had had protected sexual relations with other men and openly acknowledged their homosexuality.

The analysis of their respective mobile phones revealed erotic messages exchanged with other men and gay pornographic videos.

Investigators also found three male condoms, eight sachets of lubricant, two small jars of "Eva Pink Lips" lip balm, and a bottle of personal lubricant in Ms. Diallo's room. These items were confiscated for the purposes of the investigation.
