Adiouza : « J’ai traversé un burn-out »
After more than two years away from the music scene, Adiouza reveals the reasons for her withdrawal. In an interview with L'Observateur, the singer disclosed that she went through a particularly difficult period, marked by both burnout and financial problems related to loans. "I had loan problems that ended up weighing heavily on me," she confided.
These difficulties led her to distance herself from music and withdraw to rebuild herself. "I went through a burnout and, at a certain point, I simply wasn't in a state to return to the studio, let alone compose. I no longer had that mental availability," she explains.
Faced with this situation, Adiouza says she made the choice to stop rather than continue chasing projects and recognition. "At one point, I understood that instead of chasing after a project, success or recognition, I had to choose myself," she affirms.
This break also allowed her to reassess her priorities and consider a career outside of music. Today, the artist says she has regained a better balance, both physically and mentally, and is ready to resume her career with renewed energy. "I feel much better, both physically and in terms of my overall well-being. I'm ready to reconnect with my fans," she affirms.
