Affaire Aziz Dabala : Ce que Nabou Leye a dit au juge sur la nuit du double meurtre
The dancer Marème Leye, known as Nabou Leye, was questioned again this Friday by the investigating judge of the first chamber of the Pikine-Guédiawaye court, as part of the investigation into the double murder of her friend Abdoul Aziz Ba, known as Aziz Dabala, and her protégé Boubacar Gano, alias Wally.
According to Seneweb, Nabou Leye has remained consistent in her statements. During the hearing, the investigating magistrate reviewed the defendant's activities on the night of the tragedy. When questioned by the judge about her movements that night, Nabou Leye maintained her version of events, asserting that she never left her home.
A statement which, according to the elements mentioned during the hearing, is supported by the geolocation data of his mobile phone, which pinged his device at his home at the time of the events.
According to Seneweb, Nabou Leye has agreed to allow further analysis of her mobile phone. Furthermore, she voluntarily provided her access code to investigators to facilitate all necessary checks.
However, this same device had already been made available to the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) during the preliminary investigation. The analysis carried out at the time revealed that Nabou Leye had remained in contact with one of her friends for several hours. When questioned about this person, she provided investigators with her identity and telephone number.
Nabou Leye has been in pretrial detention since August 2024 on charges of criminal conspiracy, complicity in murder, and acts of barbarity. The alleged perpetrator, Mamadou Lamine Diao, also known as Madou Lô, is also imprisoned on the same charges.
