Cap Skirring : l'incroyable tentative de « hold-up » sur une école maternelle, 5 arrestations
The case that has rocked the Kadiackaye neighborhood in the village of Kabrousse (Diembéring commune) has led to the arrest of five people, while a sixth is actively being sought. L'Observateur reveals an alleged attempted theft of property from the Mandela 1 nursery school. The main suspect, Mr. Diallo, a local businessman, is believed to have fled to Guinea, where he has been located.
The case concerns a building constructed on land belonging to the national domain, allocated by municipal decree in July 2020. The project was entirely financed with "own funds" by a French national, H. Miroux. However, the newspaper points out, the contractor, M. Diallo, who allegedly did not invest "a single cent" in the construction, has begun claiming exclusive ownership of the land and the building.
According to the same source, the dispute took a legal turn after a video made by an alleged accomplice, B. Diop, was posted on social media, presenting the school as their "exclusive private property." This post was allegedly intended to legitimize this "real estate heist." Having taken up the case, the gendarmes of the Cap Skirring Territorial Brigade arrested B. Diop and four other suspects, all of whom were brought before the prosecutor, the newspaper of the Futurs Médias Group added.
