Décès par overdose lors d'une soirée de partouze entre six présumés homosexuels : Un quatrième suspect arrêté, trois autres déférés
The investigation by the Keur Massar research brigade (BR) into the orgy party between six suspected homosexuals, which resulted in a death by overdose in Thiaroye-sur-Mer, is progressing rapidly.
According to Seneweb sources, the first three suspected homosexuals arrested, A. Niang, A. Diop and CD Ndiaye, were brought before the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court for criminal association, unnatural acts, endangering the lives of others, drug trafficking, failure to assist a person in danger and involuntary manslaughter.
Prosecutor Saliou Dicko, however, requested the opening of a judicial investigation, which was assigned to the investigating judge of the second chamber. After being brought back before the prosecutor's office, the trio will appear before the investigating magistrate next Monday for possible indictment.
The autopsy results reportedly confirmed that one of the participants, MN Ndoye, 23, died of an overdose in a room on the night of October 14-15, 2026.
The arrest of a fourth suspect
The ongoing investigation led the Keur Massar Criminal Investigation Brigade (BR) to arrest a fourth suspect, SJ Seck, 44, a tailor residing in the Damel neighborhood, who had been on the run. He had left Senegal for The Gambia, then Mauritania, accompanied by the organizer of the private meeting, Y. Diène, in order to evade prosecution. Experiencing financial difficulties, he had decided to return to Senegal to sell his belongings and prepare for his departure to Europe. However, he was located upon his return to the Damel neighborhood and arrested.
SJ Seck's statements
When questioned about the events, SJ Sceck admitted to attending the party held in Y. Diène's room, along with five other men, for a homosexual encounter. He stated that he had been sexually active with men since a young age and had had relations with several individuals whose identities and phone numbers he did not know. He also specified that he was both a top and a bottom.
Regarding the events of the night of October 14-15, 2026, he stated that only A. Niang, Y. Diène, and the victim consumed narcotics; that MN Ndoye brought hashish, and that Y. Diène provided a substance he referred to as "MD." A few minutes after consuming it, the victim experienced breathing difficulties. SJ Seck affirmed that he and Y. Diène attempted to help him, but to no avail.
He also admitted to having had sexual relations five times with A. Niang and once with Y. Diène, and that the latter introduced him to several other men with whom he also had relations. The same was true with CD Ndiaye, according to Seneweb sources.
Regarding Y. Diène, he emphasized that he is in Mauritania and that the drugs were offered by a man named D. Diouf.
Still in custody, SJ Seck will be brought before a judge next Monday , while the organizer of the orgy party between alleged homosexuals is still on the run.
