Diamaguène : Yaya S. couchait avec sa nièce de 16 ans et misait sur un plan diabolique en cas de problème
Yaya S. is quite the character. At least, that's according to the accusation leveled against him by B. Baldé. This woman filed a complaint with the Diamaguène Sicap Mbao police against this building electrician for repeated rapes, pedophilia, and abduction of a minor. The victim? Her 16-year-old daughter, G. C., the accused's niece.
According to Libération, which reported on the case, Yaya S., who frequented the complainant's home, took advantage of the absence of his alleged victim's parents to have intimate relations with her. This lasted for two years, according to the complainant.
Worse still, the daily newspaper reports, "he even asked the daughter to accuse her own father of sexual abuse if her mother discovered their relationship."
The teenager refused to play along. After informing her mother, the newspaper reports, she confirmed her mother's accusations to investigators. She added that after sexual relations, Yaya S. "would simply lend her his cell phone so she could play games and watch videos on social media," the same source continues. The report also indicates that a gynecological examination at the Sicap Mbao health center revealed "old hymenal tears."
Yaya S. was arrested at his home in the Abdou Ndiaye neighborhood of Diamaguène Sicap Mbao after a month on the run. "When questioned, he tried to deny the charges, but his denials were unconvincing. The public prosecutor has been notified and the investigation is ongoing," Libération added.
