S'il avait bien collaboré et prit ses responsabilités peut être la maman de la fille aurait pu la donné plustard comme femme puisque ,la différence d'âge n'est pas grande aye- Moorom-Lagniou
NB Entre deux jeunes adolescents de même âge qui sortent ensemble si la fille est enceinte (Rapport sexuel avec consentement )et que le garçon accepté d'assumer ses responsabilités ,je pense ça ne vaut pas la peine de porter plainte pour viol ou détournement de mineur,
Emprisonné un jeune a 10 ans pour viol c'est lui gâché la vie et lui enlever la responsabilité d'être un papa a côté de son enfant !!!
Après discussion et conciabule ils peuvent se marier plustard (j'ai vue l'exemple dans mon quartier, ,et leurs filles a maintenant 17 ans ) tout est bien qui finit bien, la justice ne règle pas tout !!!

Mais dans ce cas d'espèce le gars est de mauvaise foi, il a accepté pour se rétracter et essayer de faire porter la responsabilité à quelqu'un d'autre.
