Drame à Goudomp : Un élève du lycée tué par son camarade du CEM 2
The town of Goudomp is plunged into consternation after the tragic death of MG, a student at the Goudomp high school.
The young man lost his life following an altercation with his classmate CN, a student at the 2nd municipal middle school (CEM2).
According to testimonies gathered on site, the two students had a violent argument on the football field.
After the initial altercation, Charles Nzale went home to get a knife. Upon returning to the field, he fatally stabbed Mamadou Gassama. Sadly, the victim did not survive his injuries.
His shocked classmates could only witness the tragedy.
Mamadou Gassama, affectionately nicknamed "Bousquets" by his relatives, was also a young footballer with promising talent.
His sudden passing leaves his family, friends and colleagues in deep sorrow.
ASC Sonatel of Goudomp has lost one of its promising young players. The funeral is scheduled for Wednesday at 5 p.m.
As for the suspected murderer, he was arrested after attempting to flee to Guinea-Bissau.
