Grand-Yoff : un ado de 14 ans reçoit, par erreur, un violent coup de machette à la tête
A 14-year-old boy, MK, found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Last Saturday evening, as he was leaving home to get something to eat at a local eatery in Grand-Yoff 1, he was attacked by four youths. They smashed his skull with a machete and, while he lay on the ground, punched and kicked him repeatedly.
According to Libération, which reported the story in its Monday edition, the boy "was unjustly accused of stealing a mobile phone." The victim owed his life to the swift intervention of the police, who were alerted to the incident.
"The emergency deployment of the investigation unit [of the Grand-Yoff police station] made it possible to arrest two members of the group [of attackers] with the help of a witness while the others managed to blend into the crowd," reports the daily newspaper.
The newspaper reports that MK was evacuated to the Idrissa Pouye hospital in Grand-Yoff where medical staff diagnosed him with a skull fracture, loss of mobility in his right leg and left arm.
Meanwhile, the same source continues, the two assailants of the young man, Cheikh B., a cart driver, and Doudou F., a scrap metal dealer, were arrested and taken to the police station. Libération reports that, when questioned by investigators, they "admitted to the attack on the minor, but downplayed the severity of the injuries before blaming the machete blow on a certain 'Ndam,' who is wanted by police."
"Those involved have been taken into custody. The investigation is ongoing," the newspaper concludes.

Après l'arrestation du charretier et du ferrailleur, je suis certain que les deux autres sont soit lutteur, éboueur ou brocanteur.
Voilà là où les pestiférés ont emmené le pays : assener une machette sur la tête d'un bambin. Un crime contre l'humanité.

comment peut on inciter les jeunes à exercer certains métier : charretier, ferrailleur...en ne les interdisant pas ?
