Insultes contre le commissaire de Jaxaay et l’APR : Le titulaire du compte TikTok « Nunga3 » arrêté
Jaxaay police have detained the owner of the TikTok account "Nunga3." For several months, he had been posting insulting comments targeting the local district police station. He is being prosecuted for online defamation.
Investigators have noticed the existence of a TikTok account called "nunga3" in recent months. This account regularly targeted the Jaxaay district police station in general and its commissioner in particular. According to information gathered, these posts began as early as 2023.
Among the posts found, we can read: "The police commissioner of Jaxaay sa l…" ; "No police commissioner can force me to play the PMU. The Jaxaay police 'arrest' your i., and your threats against me." In this last post, the author implies that he has been threatened by the police, without any proof at this stage.
The account holder was arrested. He is AL Guèye, 64 years old. A mechanical engineer by profession, he resides in Jaxaay, in Unit 17. He was taken into custody for insults on social media, following a recommendation from Prosecutor Saliou Dicko.
According to some of his relatives, he is not in full possession of his faculties. However, this claim is not supported by any medical records.
Furthermore, Seneweb noted that the person arrested also attacked the Alliance for the Republic (APR) in his publications.
