Twenty-seven-year- old seamstress MA Sall had brought her younger half-sister, F. Ba, also a seamstress, to her marital home in Keur Massar to help with housework. Meanwhile, her husband suspected an adulterous affair with 25- year-old laborer MA Niang and divorced her .
This is how Ms. Sall came to rent an apartment in Keur Massar, where she lived with her lover. Her younger half-sister also lived with her. The laborer, Niang, allegedly discreetly scanned his partner's WhatsApp QR code.
Everything continued this way until the day MA Niang intercepted a suspicious conversation between his mistress and another man. He then allegedly decided to punish her for her infidelity.
According to the Keur Massar gendarmerie investigation, the worker was met with a firm refusal from the woman when he tried to have anal sex with her. She claimed she would not experience any pleasure. She was gagged, tied up, and beaten with a phone charger cable before being sodomized, according to the case file submitted to Prosecutor Dicko. After satisfying his lust, the man allegedly filmed the victim completely naked using her phone.
After receiving treatment at the hospital, the woman, who had a medical certificate attesting to a 15-day temporary incapacity for work, filed a complaint against her partner at the Keur Massar territorial brigade. The investigation revealed that the laborer was also having a romantic relationship with the complainant's younger half-sister.
The suspect allegedly threatened to release her intimate videos in order to sleep with her in her older sister's absence. The older sister reportedly discovered these events at the police station. Ms. Ba thus went from being a witness to a complainant.
During his police interview, the worker Niang reportedly admitted to the acts: "I usually have anal sex with Ms. Sall. This time, she didn't consent. I wanted to punish her." He also reportedly stated that he had slept with his lover's younger sister, whom he considered his wife.
The medical certificate submitted to the proceedings confirms that Ms. Sall was the victim of an anal sexual assault. The gynecologist reportedly observed lesions on her buttocks.
At the end of the procedure, the suspect was placed in the basement of the Pikine-Guédiawaye High Court. Prosecutor Dicko may opt to open a judicial investigation.
