Ama Baldé-Lac de Guiers 2: the long-awaited duel is fast approaching

This is one of the fights that Senegalese wrestling fans have been waiting for for several years. Ama Baldé and Lac de Guiers 2 could finally face off in the arena. Long reluctant to meet the wrestler from Pikine, the leader of the Walo stable now seems ready to take on the challenge.

Ama Baldé, for his part, has never hidden his desire to face Lac de Guiers 2. His numerous public statements calling for this duel seem to have finally paid off. This week, the wrestler from Pikine reiterated his wish to see the fight take place, before Lac de Guiers 2 followed suit.

In an interview with Lutte TV, Ama Baldé clearly stated his ambitions. For him, this clash would primarily be an opportunity to make a spectacular return to the arena. "If it were just me, the fight would have been a done deal," he declared.

However, the wrestler from the Falaye Baldé stable was keen to clarify that there is no real close relationship between him and Lac de Guiers 2, despite the fact that they frequent the same training hall.

"I share the training room with Lac de Guiers 2, but that doesn't make us friends. In the gym, we don't talk to each other. We pass each other and that's it," he explained.

Ama Baldé also asserts that his late father, Falaye Baldé, never forbade him from facing Lac de Guiers 2. On the other hand, he affirms that he respects certain recommendations of his father, notably those concerning Balla Gaye 2 and Sa Thiès.

Lake 2 responds and opens the door to the shock

“My father asked me never to face Balla Gaye 2 or Sa Thiès. And I will respect that advice,” he recalled. Regarding Lac de Guiers 2, Ama Baldé makes no secret of his confidence: “I want to face Lac de Guiers 2 to make a spectacular comeback to the arena. I can beat him, and very easily.”

Faced with repeated provocations from Ama Baldé, Lac de Guiers 2 finally declared his willingness to fight. The wrestler from Walo set one condition: that promoter Baye Ndiaye take action.

“If Baye Ndiaye is ready, I am ready to face Ama Baldé. I am just waiting for him to collect the advance and sign the contract,” said Lac de Guiers 2.

The Walo stable's resident also appears particularly confident about the outcome of a possible duel.

“Ama Baldé cannot beat me. He tells stories to support these claims. He will regret it if he accepts the fight. I am not Tapha Tine, I am Lac de Guiers 2,” he declared.
