Basket : Tacko Fall rejoint les Sixers pour le camp d’entraînement
The Philadelphia 76ers continue building their roster for the upcoming NBA season. The franchise announced the signing of three additional players who will participate in training camp. Among them are Senegalese center Tacko Fall, along with Jameer Nelson Jr. and St. Thomas, two players from the G League.
Standing at 2.26 meters tall, Tacko Fall is undoubtedly one of the attractions of this group. The Senegalese player is already familiar with the NBA, having played for the Boston Celtics between 2019 and 2021. During his time in Boston, he notably had the opportunity to play alongside Jaylen Brown.
Tacko Fall (30 years old) has not played an NBA game since 2022. His last experience in the league dates back to his time with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Since then, the Senegalese giant has continued his career abroad, notably with stints in China and New Zealand.
This new opportunity with the Sixers could therefore allow him to attempt a comeback at the highest level. His exceptional size and experience in the North American league will be assets to highlight during training camp.
For Tacko Fall, the goal now will be to convince the Philadelphia staff and secure a place on the roster for the upcoming season.
