Fouille corporelle des Lions aux États-Unis : les précisions de la FSF
The Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) provided details on Tuesday about a video that went viral showing players and staff members of the Senegalese national team undergoing a security check on the tarmac of an American airport.

In a statement, the governing body of Senegalese football indicates that, contrary to some information relayed on social networks, the control did not take place upon the arrival of the Lions in San Antonio, but at the Raleigh airport, on June 7, before their boarding.
According to the FSF, the bus transporting the delegation had been authorized to access the tarmac directly, allowing the players and coaches to complete the security and police formalities on site, without going through the usual areas of the terminal.
The purpose of this arrangement was "to optimize the delegation's travel time and facilitate their boarding of the private flight to San Antonio," the statement explains.
The Federation assures that this procedure was carried out in compliance with the airport security rules in force and that no incident was reported.

She further specifies that the private flight from Raleigh to San Antonio proceeded normally and that the entire delegation arrived at their destination in good condition.
