Even after his departure for Manchester City, Iliman Ndiaye retains a special place in Everton's recent history. After two seasons with the Toffees, the Senegalese international received a heartfelt tribute from the English club, who were keen to highlight the key moments of his time at Goodison Park.

Arriving with high ambitions, Iliman Ndiaye quickly made a lasting impression on Everton supporters. His name will forever be associated with one of the last great moments experienced at the historic Goodison Park stadium.

In May 2025, the Senegalese striker scored a brace in Everton's 2-0 victory over Southampton. A symbolic achievement, as these two goals made him the last player from the Toffees' men's team to find the net in this legendary stadium.

But the story between Iliman Ndiaye and Everton didn't end there. The Senegalese player also etched his name in the club's history the following season. He scored Everton's first-ever goal at Hill Dickinson Stadium, the Toffees' new home, in a 2-0 victory against Brighton & Hove Albion.

On its official website, Everton praised the former Marseille player's contribution: "Ndiaye made history by becoming the last Everton men's team player to score a goal at Goodison Park, thanks to a brace in the Blues' 2-0 victory over Southampton in May 2025."

The club also recalled his other historic moment: "He once again made history at the start of the following season by scoring Everton's first goal at Hill Dickinson Stadium, in the Toffees' 2-0 victory against Brighton & Hove Albion."

Now focused on a new challenge with Manchester City, Iliman Ndiaye leaves behind a special legacy at Everton. In just two seasons, the Senegalese player contributed to two historic moments that will likely remain etched in the memories of the club's supporters for a long time.

Iliman Ndiaye has signed for Manchester City on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.

The Club thanks Iliman for his contributions to Everton across the past two years and wishes him success for the future.
